1. User Registration

Doctors must create accounts with accurate personal information and valid credentials.

2. Doctor Profile

Doctors can set up profiles displaying their specialties, qualifications, experience, and availability.

3. One-time Registration Fee

A yearly registration fee of 5,000 RWF applies, covering account verification and support costs.

4. Credentials and Verification

Valid credentials and proof of licensure are required. MediConnect reserves the right to verify all doctor credentials.

5. Professional Conduct

Doctors must maintain professional conduct, respect patient privacy, confidentiality, and ensure timely referrals for physical consultations when necessary.

6. Availability and Responsiveness

Doctors agree to be available during set hours and respond promptly to patient inquiries.

7. Clinical Documentation and Prescription

Accurate documentation of consultations is required. Prescription guidelines and laws must be adhered to.

8. Continuing Education

Doctors are encouraged to stay updated on telemedicine practices and medical advancements.

9. Feedback and Reviews

Patient feedback may be given, and doctors are encouraged to view this constructively to improve care.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Doctors are responsible for the medical care provided and agree to indemnify MediConnect from any claims arising from use of the platform.
