Our doctors maintain flexible schedules to accommodate the needs of our patients. Appointments are available throughout the week, with varying times to suit different schedules. Additionally, we offer urgent care services for immediate medical needs, ensuring our patients have access to medical attention when they need it most. Our goal is to provide convenient and timely care for our patients, whether they require routine check-ups, follow-up appointments, or urgent medical attention.
To register in our system via the Mediconnect portal, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the Mediconnect portal at https://new.mediconnect.rw/login.
2. Click on the "Register" or "Sign Up" button to begin the registration process.
3. Fill out the registration form with the required information, including your name, email address, contact number, and any other details as requested.
4. Create a username and password for your account. Ensure that your password meets the security requirements specified by the portal.
5. Once you've filled out the form and created your credentials, submit the registration form.
6. You may receive a confirmation email to verify your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process.
7. Once your registration is confirmed, log in to the Mediconnect portal using your newly created credentials.
8. Explore the features and functionalities available in your portal, such as scheduling appointments, accessing medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.

These platforms offer informative videos/posts that explain various health topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. This helps people learn more about their health and make informed decisions. Additionally, we also conduct radio talks as part of our teaching and community outreaches, further expanding our reach and impact.
